Intellectual Property

All text, images, drawings, technical diagrams, photometric datasets, videos, animations, plan-builder assets, symbols, software code, user interface designs and other materials published on the Luxci website, in the Luxci portal, in Luxci technical documentation and in any exported PDF, DWG, DXF, IES, LDT or BIM file are the copyright of Luxci NV or of its licensors. All rights reserved.

No part of these materials may be reproduced, distributed, publicly communicated, translated, adapted, transformed, uploaded to third-party platforms, or incorporated into any other work, in whole or in part, in any form or by any means (electronic, mechanical, photocopying, recording or otherwise), without the prior written consent of Luxci NV.

"Luxci", the Luxci wordmark, the Luxci monogram, and product names such as those denoting Luxci luminaire families and control systems, are trademarks of Luxci NV, whether registered or unregistered. These trademarks may not be used in any way that suggests endorsement, sponsorship, partnership, certification or authorised distribution without a prior written agreement with Luxci.

Use of Luxci trademarks in editorial, architectural publications, project references or social media is permitted only where the reference is accurate, non-misleading, and does not damage the reputation of the brand.

The three-dimensional shapes, machined details, optical assemblies, trim profiles, mounting brackets and mechanical solutions of Luxci luminaires are protected as registered Community designs, unregistered Community designs, and — where applicable — as national design rights and patents. Copying, imitation, the production of look-alike products, and the sale or marketing of unauthorised copies will be actively enforced by all available legal means, including seizure, injunctions and damages.

The Luxci portal, plan builder, quotation engine, calibration tools, symbol libraries, product databases and photometric libraries are protected by copyright and by sui generis database rights. The underlying source code, data models, algorithms and APIs are trade secrets of Luxci and are provided under a strictly limited right of use.

Architects, lighting designers, engineers, general contractors and installers may download and use Luxci technical drawings, photometric files, symbol libraries and renderings solely for the purpose of specifying, quoting, installing and commissioning Luxci products on a specific, identified project. Such use must always preserve Luxci attribution and copyright notices, must not remove watermarks, and must not be used to create competing product catalogues, comparative marketing, or derivative products.

Any other use — including redistribution to third parties, publication in generic BIM libraries without contractual arrangement, use in training data for machine-learning models, or use in projects where Luxci products are not actually specified — requires a separate written licence.

Certain assets embedded in the Services (icons, base maps, fonts, photographic backgrounds, sample project imagery) are licensed from third parties. Those assets remain the property of their respective owners and are used by Luxci under the applicable licences. Attribution is provided where required.

If you believe that content available through the Services infringes your intellectual property rights, or if you become aware of counterfeit Luxci products, unauthorised reproductions or misuse of Luxci trademarks, please contact us at legal@luxci.eu with a detailed description of the claim, the location of the content or product, and proof of your rights. Luxci will investigate all notices in good faith.

Nothing in these Services or in any communication from Luxci should be construed as granting, by implication, estoppel or otherwise, any licence or right to use any Luxci intellectual property beyond what is expressly stated in writing.
